DPD - Courier

This is the most common way of delivery. You will be contacted by a DPD courier within one working day from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse. If you select a COD (cash on delivery) option, you will pay upon delivery of your package. This is possible for up to 50kg in Slovakia. The limit for other countries is 30kg.

Personal pick up

In exceptional cases, you can pick up your e-shop order personally at our warehouse. Please use the order number when collecting your package. With personal pick up, the option of cash payment is not available. The payment must be made upfront. The personal pick up is available at Tureň 567, district Senec. The time of pick up is a subject to arrangement over the phone on +421 903 400 054.

When will I receive the ordered products?

The products marked as “In stock” will be expedited the next working day. The delivery of the products marked as “Made to order” takes up to 2-4 weeks. The schedule for custom manufacturing is always a subject to individual agreement.
