Processing of personal data in accordance with EU regulation

The User shall have the right to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to delete all references to his / her personal data and copies thereof if the legal reason for their possible archiving has ceased to exist.

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that processing his personal data is contrary to GDPR.
15. Recording user requests
The e-shop operator is obliged to record all user requests in connection with downloading, correcting and deleting their data.

We have modern technical and security mechanisms to protect processed data against unauthorized access or transmission, loss or destruction, or other possible misuse.
In the absence of consent and personal information, we will not be able to provide you with any services under the European Data Protection Regulation.
